Products and use

Read the product description, ingredients, directions and warnings before buying or using the product. Glycorae is a dietary supplement. Product information is not medical advice and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Do not replace prescribed treatment with a supplement. Follow the delivered product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. The product price, quantity, currency, shipping and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. The United States storefront uses USD. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; if a payment, stock or pricing issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.

Optional recurring subscriptions

One-time purchases do not renew. If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring payments according to the amount, quantity and frequency displayed at checkout. The US offer is one bottle every 30 days with 20% off the one-time price. Manage, pause or cancel future renewals using your secure subscription link or contact us for assistance before the next renewal is processed. See Subscription management for details.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy notice explain the conditions applying to your order and use of the store. No term removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use its content unlawfully. Glycorae branding and store content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Links to third-party services are governed by those services' own terms and privacy notices.

Questions and changes

Contact us first about any problem so that we can investigate. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms disclosed when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms requires you to waive protections available under applicable consumer law.
